Passion Fruit Daiquiri
Havana 3 rum
1/2 lime
12 mls sugar syrup
one ripe passion fruit

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the rum, lime, sugar syrup and contents of the passion fruit. Shake very hard and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist, drink and enjoy!
